Our $25pp package includes 1 drink on arrival (beer or wine), platters of guacamole, quesadillas and chicken wings, as well as a bowl of fries to share.

You can add on tacos for $7:

  • Baja fish battered snapper, macerated fennel, avocado, chipotle mayo df
  • Chicken barbacoa BBQ chicken, aji verde, pico de gallo, baby gem, chilli threads
  • Pulled Jackfruit refried beans, salsa de piña, coconut poblano sauce vg/gf*

Function Spaces

The Greenwood Hotel has four spaces that can cater for events of all shapes and sizes.

These include the Chapel and Lounge bars as interiors spaces and the Southern and Northern Courtyards on the exterior.

    The Lounge Bar

    70 seated | 120 standing
    500 with courtyard
    With leather booth seating, feature planting, high south-facing windows and polished floorboards, this room is perfectly suited to small birthday parties, intimate celebrations or casual work drinks.

  • OUTDOOR

    Northern Courtyard

    250 seated
    1,200 standing
    Our largest outdoor setting is drenched with sunlight all day. Embraced by three sandstone walls, and watched over by our Chapel’s steeple, the area can accommodate sitdown and stand up receptions.

    The Chapel

    70 seated | 80 – 350 standing
    1,000 with courtyard
    The Chapel is our largest interior space and features polished floorboards, a cathedral ceiling, rafters, tall arched windows and has multiple access points comfortably fits 400 guests standing or 1,000 with the courtyard

  • OUTDOOR

    Southern Courtyard

    150 seated
    500 standing

    The Southern Courtyard is the smaller of Greenwood Hotel’s two outdoors areas and features an undercover awning area as well as several outdoor picnic style tables.

Thank you for everything, from the meticulous planning to the super delicious platters and outstanding service. You were so patient with us, and nothing was too much effort. I thought the drink coupons worked really well. I must emphasise that your planning and the food were exceptional.
The platters were a perfect mix, catered to all dietary needs, and more than enough for our hungry young guests. The venue is so beautiful that it required minimal decor. Our guests had an incredible evening, and everyone had only good things to say. We will definitely recommend your venue.
