Joining us from our sister venue Cabana Bar, at 25 Martin Place, Meline started her journey in events management 6 years ago when she graduated from a Bachelor in Events and Marketing in the French Riviera.
Having worked in the industry for several years, nobody knows better than Mel that every event is different. Whether you’re after a corporate celebration, a birthday, a reunion, or anything in between, Mel is passionate about making every event individual, and memorable.
Apart from being an events master, Mel loves to teach yoga in her time off, making her excellent at keeping cool in moments of orchestrated chaos.
If you are looking for a menu recommendation, Mel reckons the Bambini Gelato Cones are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Shes also incredibly excited to try our Head Chef’s new canape offerings – stay tuned!
